Laindon School Uniform Bank

Laindon School Uniform Bank is a voluntary based community project thats aims to connect families with FREE preloved school uniform and childrens fancy dress.

We do our best to save families money on uniform, P.E kit, coats, shoes, school bags and so much more, while at the same time reducing the amount of unnecessary waste going to landfill

We are open Saturday morning's between 10am-12pm (Fortnightly)

at Manor Mission Church in Laindon.

Every item is kindly donated by either local schools or by the amazing community we have around us, this is how EVERY ITEM can be ABSOLUTELY FREE to take, no strings attached!!

This offer is open to EVERYONE.

Please pop along and have a look around, we have SO MUCH to offer !!

The team really just want to help our local community save some money and good uniform from landfill.

You do not have to bring any uniform to swap/trade out, however if you wish to donate you can.

OVER 50,000 Items Handed Out For Free Since We Opened in August 2019 !!!

On Saturday 18th September 2021 we reached over 10,000 items handed out for FREE since we opened!!
But it hasn't stopped there......
  • On Saturday 27th August 2022 we reached 20,000,
  • In May 2023 we reached 30,000,
  • In January 2024 we hit 40,000,
  • In November 2024 we hit 50,000 and our 100th session,
It's just the best feeling for us all at the Laindon School Uniform Bank to see a child's face light up when they spot an item of fancy dress that they then get to take home or a parent who gets to walk out with arms full of uniform knowning it's not cost a single penny.
Thank you to everyone that supports us in the local community by donating, it's because of your support that our bank can make such a difference to so many.
Thank you to Manor Mission Church for giving us a forever home and so much more.
A massive thank you to all our amazing volunteers for all your hard work and dedication, every single one of you are incredible.
And lastly a special thank you to Laindon Baptist Church for being a local drop off point for us.
